A name with possibilities.

A considerate explanation can remain exact

Reason can mean an explanation or a basis for a choice. Kind can suggest consideration, and can also mean a type or category. The combination supports a communication-led identity, especially where an explanation should help its recipient act. This is an interpretation of the visible words, not a claim about a historical phrase or established professional method.

Keep the reason close to the request

A request becomes easier to evaluate when the recipient can see why it is being made. ReasonKind could place the observation and its consequence immediately before the requested change. For example, a flyer without a start time leaves a reader unable to plan an arrival from that flyer alone. The request can then ask for the time or a clearly labelled route to it. This structure gives the author something specific to address while avoiding a judgement about whether the author is careless or competent.

Do not confuse a gentle tone with vague feedback

A softened sentence can still leave someone unsure what to change. ReasonKind should favour a plain description of the issue over a string of reassuring phrases that hides the request. Consideration can appear through accurate wording, a reasonable scope and room for the recipient to explain missing context. It does not require pretending the document is complete. A useful sample shows how to be both respectful and specific, while acknowledging that the recipient may have information the reviewer has not seen.

The visual identity could use paired note cards: one for the observation and one for the next step. In a working interface, provide space for the recipient’s response and the revised document version. ReasonKind reads clearly with capitals at the word boundary. Status labels should describe the work, such as requested, clarified or revised, instead of scoring the person. The presentation can encourage a focused exchange without claiming to measure someone’s kindness, intentions or general reasoning ability from a single piece of feedback.
